Amoli has been consistently investing in research & development (R&D) to create a portfolio of interesting products and technologies that will pave a way for the company's future.

Located in the Vadodara facility, our R&D center comprises of 100 highly skilled professionals specializing in the development of processes for manufacturing APIs of the highest quality.

3 Pillars

  • Amoli's R&D team consists of 90 highly experienced scientists who are post-doctoral, doctorates and post graduates
  • Our R&D is facilitated with 4 synthetic labs, a Process development lab (PD lab), kilo lab and an analytical lab
  • Synthetic labs are equipped with 22 fuming hoods
  • We have a state-of-the-art Analytical lab equipped with HPLCs/UHPLCs/UPLCs, GCs, GCMS LC-MS, PXRD and ICP-MS instruments for regular analysis, method development, stability studies etc
  • Our R&D team uses Quality by Design QbD in product/process development which offers us increased self-regulated flexibility while maintaining tight quality standards of our products
  • Our Kilo Lab is fully equipped with 10L - 20L cylindrical reactors for feasibility trials
  • The GMP Pilot plant is equipped to scale up processes developed in the synthetic lab
  • The Technology Transfer team acts as a bridge for smooth and successful transfer and execution of technology from lab to plant
  • The IPR team is involved in product selection, development and commercialization by helping with
    a) Prior art literature
    b) Patent landscape
    c) Freedom to operate (FTO) opinions
